Think about it. How well and how often do you actually do Energy Factor 1A? (Continuously Monitor Your Energy Level to Your Current Performance.) No question, this is a major driver of personal and professional success.
A high commitment (1A rated 8 or better) suggests you are always looking for a serious performance edge -- and the first place you look is to your energy level. You've learned through personal experience that there's nothing more critical to performance than a high level of personal energy. It's the one ingredient that helps you overcome the daily obstacles that come your way.
