Who But You?
When you accept personal responsibility for achieving your goals, you're telling yourself and the world that you're committed to putting your whole heart into achieving them.
Absolutely nothing is more critical to your long-term personal productivity than putting your whole heart into setting and achieving specific goals.

Now, ask yourself the following three questions:
- Do you have any goals that you're not putting your whole heart into?
- Which, if any, of your goals are you not absolutely committed to?
- Which of your goals are you the most committed to right now?
So, Just How Committed to High Achievement Are You?
A high commitment (4F rated 8 or better) suggests commitment comes naturally because you set goals that have tremendous personal value. You are absolutely committed to achieving the goals you have right now. You can prove this by adding up the amount of time actually spent working towards these goals. Each goal receives the attention it deserves, and significant progress is made towards its attainment each week. You never complain about the amount of time spent in achieving these goals because your desire for the final outcome justifies the effort. This rare commitment helps you persist with passion, until each goal is reached -- regardless of how high or long-term it may be.
A lack of commitment suggests you have no compelling reason to achieve the goals you set. Sure there's a payoff for each of your current goals, but it won't be a huge loss if you don't reach them in time. Your goals may be so unrealistic that you don't really believe they are attainable. Your goals may have been set from a desire to be like someone else, but they are not what you value the most. Your goals may have been delegated to you. Regardless of the reason, there are times when you question whether your goals are worth the time, stress and effort they are costing you.
What happens when you do TQ Factor 4F more frequently?
You have more power. You have a high probability of achieving your goals -- regardless of their size.
You accumulate performance positives like "Determined, Wholehearted and Dedicated" -- immediately moving you towards the results you expect.
What happens when you fail to consistently do TQ Factor 4F?
You have less power. Lacking commitment you have little chance of achieving the most important and rewarding goals.
Negatives like "Ambivalent, Lackadaisical and Doubtful" start to take their toll on your performance -- quickly moving you away from the success you want.
