The TQ Lexicon of Success...

Become Appropriate — Eliminate Inappropriate!

Improve TQ Prioritize Factor 6C...

"I focus my attention on the role which I can influence the most at that moment in time."

Roles are the parts you play in the different areas of your life. A role includes a specific identity, unique responsibilities and a defined relationship with others. How you act, and what you do, are always dependent on which role you're in at the time. The key is to know which role you are playing -- and to confirm that it's the right one -- at that moment.

Remember, PRIORITIZE is the sixth color in the Time Prism Performance Spectrum because even though you want to complete every step of every plan, you can't complete them all at the same time.

You CAN achieve your greatest dreams and aspirations. Simply improve your TQ Prioritize Color.

"It's how we spend our time here and now, that really matters. If you are fed up with the way you have come to interact with time, change it." ~ Wieder Marcia

TQ Factor 6C "Thin Line"...

Appropriate vs. Inappropriate is a choice — Your CHOICE!

There's a Thin Line between success and failure. Choose to take Factor 6C more often, and the following POSITIVE characteristics will automatically begin to accumulate and flow into to your performance—moving you TOWARDS the results you want and the success you desire.

Positives     Negatives

Appropriate
Effective
In-Tune
Focused
Attentive
    Inappropriate
Ineffective
Preoccupied
Stressed
Out-Of-Touch

Choose to take this action infrequently, or not at all, and the opposing NEGATIVE traits will dominate your performance and sabotaging your success... moving you AWAY from achieving your goals and aspirations.

Think about it. How much more successful would you be if you were a little MORE Appropriate... and a little LESS Inappropriate?

TQ Factor 6C CONTRIBUTION to your performance...

A high commitment suggests you stay focused and highly productive because you're in the right role for every situation. You always know which role you're in, and you've confirmed that it's the right one for that situation. For example, you're an attentive parent at home, and a dedicated employee at work. Knowing that you can only be in one role at a time, you maximize your results by focusing on what you can do best right now. Sometimes this review causes you to switch to a more appropriate role. Your focus on one role at a time reduces stress and guilt.

TQ Factor 6C COST to your performance...

A lack of commitment suggests there are times when the role you're playing is not the most productive at the time. You have important obligations within each of your roles -- and you're stressed when you can't get to one, because you are spending time on another. This concern for issues outside your current role makes it hard to focus on the task at hand. It also means that opportunities are lost when you are preoccupied by a role that is totally unrelated to your current sales call, religious service, your child's story about her day at school or your Saturday night date.

TQ Factor 6C BENEFIT: You have more power...

When the curtains go up, you're in the right role at the right time for the right play. You accumulate performance positives like "Appropriate, Effective and In-Tune" -- immediately moving you towards the results you expect.

FAIL to do TQ Factor 6C: Less Power...

You are far less effective when your attention is on a role that is unrelated to your immediate situation. Negatives like "Inappropriate, Ineffective and Preoccupied" start to take their toll on your performance -- quickly moving you away from the success you want.
