To keep a healthy balance and to prevent burnout, switch between your roles as needed to stay current with your interests, hobbies, family, friends and fun.
Focusing on only one area of your life, to the exclusion of the others, is fine for a while; but, know when too much on one means too little on others.

- What things have you scheduled for today or for this week that are interesting and fun?
- When you're not working, how do you spend most of your waking hours?
- What are you willing to do today to improve the balance in your life?
So, Just How Committed to High Achievement Are You?
A high commitment (6F rated 8 or better) suggests you look forward to spending as much time as you can in each of your roles. You have a strong reason and desire to be in each of your current roles, and feel satisfied that they are all receiving enough time and attention. You have a compelling goal for each area of your life -- and you're committed to being the best you can be in each. Balance exists because none of your personal or professional roles are neglected.
A lack of commitment suggests that you are someone who may neglect significant roles in your life. You may find it easiest to spend all of your time on the role where you are the most successful. Or you may be consumed by a desire to achieve a specific goal. In the meantime the other roles you play -- actor, tourist, parent, CEO -- are being sacrificed to the limited number of roles you focus on at any point in time.
What happens when you do TQ Factor 6F more frequently?
You have more power. You make all of your life your life's work.
You accumulate performance positives like "Balanced, Well-Rounded and Fulfilled" -- immediately moving you towards the results you expect.
