Wasting the hours of a single day on meaningless, unrewarding tasks is like committing slow motion suicide.

You can simplify your life by removing things that have lost their value to you. Discover what matters most to you and then focus on that. Look to your values. Anything that's not in direct alignment can be "simplified" out of your life. This gives you more time to focus on what's important. Scrutinize the items on your schedule and delete anything that is no longer rewarding. Eliminate any activities you no longer enjoy or that no longer offer you commensurate value for the time spent.

Simplification is simple: Eliminate the non-productive unimportants.

Think about it. How well and how often do you actually do Optimize Factor 9D? (Simplify by Eliminating What's No Longer Interesting or Rewarding.) No question, this is a major driver of personal and professional success.
