Do You Have A Pair Of Comfortable Walking Shoes?

Take frequent, brief walks. It's a great way to unwind and get your unconscious mind moving creatively.

Working for long periods without a break is counter-productive. Pace yourself. Take a five-minute break every hour: stand up, run in place, lift weights or stretch. Take ten deep breaths. Eat a nutritious snack. Drink a large glass of water. Take a short walk. Switch from a mental task to a physical one or vice versa. Then, go back to work energized and recharged.

Put time leftover in your day to good use. Recharge your spirits by getting up and doing something active.

So, Just How Committed to High Achievement Are You?

Think about it. How well and how often do you actually do Energy Factor 1G? (Take Frequent Breaks to Stretch, Breathe & Snack.) No question, this is a major driver of personal and professional success.

A high commitment (1G rated 8 or better) suggests you are committed to producing fifty-five minutes of high quality performance for every hour in your day.
