"To will is to select a goal, determine a course of action that will bring one to that goal, and then hold to that action until the goal is reached. The key is action." ~ Michael Hanson

All Goals Are Not Created Equal.

When your goals are inventoried and prioritized by making a conscious decision that some goals are more important than others, you automatically begin to focus your time and attention on your most important and rewarding goals.

IMPACT: You can't work on all of your goals at the same time. However, you can remain accountable to all of them by reviewing each one -- at least once a week. Compare how important and time-sensitive each goal is to the others. Then make a deliberate choice for what you will work on, and what must wait until later. By proactively selecting your most important objectives, you establish priorities for the week -- and a clear purpose for your next seven days.

Only after you've ranked your goals in order of personal importance can you determine which action plan will yield the highest Return On Time invested today.

"You should call this the Survival Edge..."

I've taken a dozen time management courses and read 20 books on improving my time management and organization skills. This goes WAY beyond anything I could ever hope for. It gave me a serious edge when I came up for my last job review, not to mention the confidence I now have.
