"Some men have thousands of reasons why they cannot do what they want to, when all they need is one reason why they can." ~ Willis Whitney

Too Many Broths Spoiling The Cook?

Say "YES" only to the things you can do well, and without being overloaded. An honest "No, I don't have time" is worth more for your self-esteem than a job poorly done because you've taken on too much.

IMPACT: One of your most effective time management skills is the ability to say "No." Courteously and judiciously, of course. You can't do it all, and do it all well. Having a specific use for your time -- at every point in time -- increases your motivation to say NO to "nonscheduled opportunities" or less valuable distractions. There's no such thing as unlimited resources. This is especially true of time. You can push your limits, but to be the most productive possible, know when enough is enough.

Often you say "YES" to things because it boosts your self-esteem to feel needed; but overloading yourself limits the effectiveness and quality of your work. Say "YES" to the next request, only if you can reasonably handle it.

Is This a Concern? HELP Is Available...

Today's training is from the TQ Optimize Color: Say "NO" to Some Things to Have More Time for the Right Things. To get maximum benefit from Today's TQ, put all your senses to work for you. The words in the video are subconscious triggers that cause you to remember the big ideas. The tempo and voice appeals to the logical side of your brain.

Burn the emotional and logical into your thinking, act on the idea, and you will get better results in less time. Your TQ soars... you become more successful... yes, today!

Some members have no problem in this area, but many do. If you feel this concern needs to be addressed now, we can help.

"You should call this the Survival Edge..."

I've taken a dozen time management courses and read 20 books on improving my time management and organization skills. This goes WAY beyond anything I could ever hope for. It gave me a serious edge when I came up for my last job review, not to mention the confidence I now have.
