Are You Fueling Or Fooling Yourself?
The best way to find out how different foods affect you is to keep a log of everything you eat with hourly reporting on how you feel afterwards. Test everything and see. Only by recording your reactions will you be able to see direct relationships.
IMPACT:Everyone's body chemistry is different. You may react differently to some foods than other people do. How do you know if what you're eating is right for you? Simply test different diets and find out for yourself! Keep a log of everything you eat and drink, then see how you feel afterwards. By recording your reactions, you'll be able to see the relationship between what you eat and how you perform. Once this step is taken, you can make permanent changes in your diet to optimize your personal energy level.
