What's Your Body Type?

We may all be human, but we're not all alike when it comes to the effects different foods have on us. Only by testing and observing will you discover what is best for you.

IMPACT: Everyone's body chemistry is different. You may react differently to some foods than other people do. How do you know if what you're eating is right for you? Simply test different diets and find out for yourself! Keep a log of everything you eat and drink, then see how you feel afterwards. By recording your reactions, you'll be able to see the relationship between what you eat and how you perform. Once this step is taken, you can make permanent changes in your diet to optimize your personal energy level.

The amounts that you eat and drink will make a significant difference in your energy and well being. Try eating more or less, more often or less often. It may take some experimenting, but the ideal diet will pay off in a much more productive and enjoyable day.
