Automate your repeated processes through skillful delegation, properly assigned team members, responsible subcontractors or through the mechanical benefits of tools and technology.
IMPACT:The greater the number of tasks you complete in a given period of time, the more productive you are. Whenever you automate your repetitive tasks -- by creating systems and processes, or through new tools or technology -- you increase the number of tasks you can complete overtime.
