So, How Do You Think You're Going To Do?
The way you SPEAK about your future DIRECTLY influences your future performance. The more POSITIVE your prediction for success, the more CONFIDENT you'll be as you're performing. NEGATIVE self-talk poisons the well from which opportunity springs.
IMPACT:Your speech is a direct link to your emotions. Change one and you'll change the other. Your internal "self-talk" directly affects your expectations, and your expectations govern the way you act. You cannot speak in a negative manner -- and productively focus on what needs to get done at the same time. If you want to think and feel more powerfully, then learn to speak in a way that reflects positive and powerful feelings.
When you speak about what you're going to do, describe it in the most POSITIVE terms possible.
