How Much Octane Do You Require?

What's the best breakfast for you? How do you know? Have you experimented to find out if you should eat more or less protein, fat, complex carbohydrates or sugar before going to work? Experiment for peak performance and find out what works best for you.

IMPACT: Everyone's body chemistry is different. You may react differently to some foods than other people do. How do you know if what you're eating is right for you? Simply test different diets and find out for yourself! Keep a log of everything you eat and drink, then see how you feel afterwards. By recording your reactions, you'll be able to see the relationship between what you eat and how you perform. Once this step is taken, you can make permanent changes in your diet to optimize your personal energy level.

Make sure your fuel matches your motor!
